Amber Butcher understands these truths and they guide her as she leads the intimate, personal journey a family experiences when buying or selling a home.
Amber has over a decade of experience in real estate, working in multiple disciplines within the space. Working primarily in the luxury market, she has worked on both the title and mortgage side of transactions, as well as sales and new home builds. Her experience, in all sides of a real estate transaction, helps navigate her clients through the entire process, with efficiency and without costly surprises. Her local expertise, in Southlake and the surrounding areas, gives her clients the peace of mind knowing that they will have the smoothest process possible and no opportunities lost.
A native Texan, Amber was born and raised in the Lone Star State. She ventured to California, for college, and returned to the DFW area in 2005. Life would ultimately lead her to Southlake, in 2011, and she has made her home and business there, ever since. In Southlake, Amber found the community for which she longed. In addition to the world class academics of Carroll ISD, the athletic excellence of all the local sports programs, and the ease of access to DFW Airport, Dallas, and Fort Worth, Southlake is a tight-knit community where neighbors watch over neighbors. It has a rare combination of size and affluence, such that there are a great many things to do, and small town pleasantries, such as a Homecoming football parade, through the town square, and friendly waves as cars pass by. Amber and her family fell in love with Southlake, immediately, and they can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
Amber and her husband, Adam, have three children who have all been a part of the wonderful Carroll Dragon traditions. A Carroll Senior High School graduate of 2016, Nathan, played football and wrestled at CSHS, before attended the University of Texas. Walker, 3rd grade, and Isabella, 1st grade, attend Walnut Grove Elementary School, in Southlake. Walker plays baseball through the Southlake Baseball Association, as well as basketball through the City of Southlake. Isabella participates in gymnastics and dance, through local Southlake businesses, as well as participating in cheerleading through Dragon Youth Football. When Amber is not guiding her clients through their real estate journey, you can be sure that she is an active participant in her family’s activities, as well as those of her community.
In addition to their involvement with their children’s local community activities, Amber and Adam remain heavily involved with the community of Southlake, and the greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Amber is a social worker, by training, and has spent years in the service of those who needed a helping hand. Amber continues to volunteer her time with the American Red Cross, she is a board member with the non-profit DFW Angels, and she is heavily involved within Carroll ISD. Amber also manages the online community group and blog, Southlake Life, dedicated to Southlake, its local businesses, community and its wonderful residents. Adam currently sits on the board of the Southlake Baseball Association and is also heavily involved with local community activities and organizations.
